Parador Guanica 1929 Hotel, Guanica

The hotel has a clean and well-maintained property, which positively stands out. However, our experience was marred by poor service, especially at the restaurant and front desk. The staff's communication was lacking, which led to several misunderstandings. While the location is decent, the overall guest experience needs improvement.

The staff was accommodating, especially during my hurricane relief visit, which was nice. While I enjoyed the beautiful bay view, I felt the overall service could use some serious improvement.
